Origo advises Sunborn Finance on refinancing transaction
Origo Partners is thrilled to have acted as financial advisor to Sunborn Finance Oyj in refinancing transaction, which not only provides the company strong balance sheet but also provides means for two important institutions, Nordic Credit Partners and Ilmarinen, to join as shareholders in Sunborn International Holding Oy, a sister company to Sunborn Finance.
