Jussi Majamaa has worked in investment banking since 1996, with Nordic banks in Helsinki and London and with a global investment bank in London City before becoming an entrepreneur. Prior to focusing on Origo Partners full time, Jussi worked as a private equity investor and CEO of Nasdaq Helsinki-listed Sievi Capital Plc and during which time he was deeply involved in board work in Sievi’s five portfolio companies.
Over the years, Jussi has acquired extensive experience in originating and executing all types of M&A transactions, debt advisory services, public share issues and private placements. Jussi believes that his knowledge, skills, and perspectives gained through his career can help you to make better decisions while causing less strain on your organization.
